I purchased a Denon 1910 from Home Media. Not only did they have an awesome price, but they held charging my card until the unit actually shipped. Nice touch. Fast Shipping and they emailed me tracking info so I could follow along. First Class stuff!! Will surely purchase from in the future!!

This company is very customer-oriented. They have live sales support via chat room to answer any questions even on the weekends! The sales support is outstanding. The products are as advertised and shipped promptly. The amazing thing is that you get this fabulous support with their incredible prices. I have purchased Samsung LED TV. This is a super thin TV and you need to make sure that you purchase Thin Bracket to take advantage of super slim install.
Home Media shipped TV next day; it arrived at my home in total of 4 days. But what impressed me the most is that FedEx actually called me to setup a time so I can be home to inspect TV. They must ship a lot with FedEx in order to get white glow treatment.
TV is amazing and the bracket offered by Home Media was proper fit. I have purchased LCD TV on-line before from other establishments, but it took days to arrive and I had to sit home for half day waiting for a truck to show up.
This is definitely the way to go. Thank you Home Media Professionals

My TV and Receiver shipped same day. Delivered within 3 days. Excellent Seller. They have free tech support chat. Chat was a big help when I had a question about what wires to use for better output and what settings I need to change on receiver. I will purchase again from Home Media Professionals.

Their knowledge of product is superior to any online store. They were able to help me design a nice setup with the system I ordered. Send me pictures with what to connect where. You just dont get the same service from plain online store. These people install products for living and just sell it online as an add on business. I highly approve and suggest Home Media Professionals store and their support

This is my second purchase from Home Media Professionals. The ordering process etc.. went as smooth as is possible. I received my first order within 4 days (faster than expected). The merchandise was as advertised. I would not hesitate to order from this merchant again! I could have purchased the same item for 5% less elsewhere but the potential savings could not compensate for superior service I receive from this establishment. This is a professional organization that not only sells products but also installs them every day in real environment. If you want to deal with professional technicians, instead of sales people who barely know their products. They were able to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend them and will buy from them again.

Found Home Media on NexTag.com I ordered a Samsung LED 55in; HDTV and a wall mount with tilt as well. Home Installation was included in the package. The service was excellent and the delivery was on time. Installer was professional and all of the wires were hidden inside the wall. Their pricing was best on the date I ordered it, considering that it would cost almost $400 more to install it. I am very satisfied with their service. Their were very responsive and left me with the feeling that I would be happy to use them again for future purchases. I talked to them after the delivery about receiving a copy of the receipt and received it two minutes later in my email inbox. I have had nothing but excellent service and would highly recommend them and will use them again for future purchases.

What a great company to work with. Their support is excellent. One of my remotes was completely destroyed by my dog. They ware able to have one in my house within hour and did not charge me to configure it, since they had the configuration in their system. They have installed 120" curve screen in my home, and whole home audio system. All controlled at a touch of one button. None of the companies I worked with in the past were able to make it so easy and friendly to use. Thank you Home Media Pros.

I wanted publicly thank Home Media Professionals for the wonderful system recently installed. Their staff has been extremely professional, particularly in the installation process.
Just in time for football season, and on budget, our new home theater is now the main attraction in our home. Movies look as good or even better than in commercial theaters.
The installation team was extremely knowledgeable and clean, they even vacuumed the carpets outside the room that had some specs of insulation from the attic. We did not have to hire electricians separetly to add recess lights and sconces, as one of their crew members was a licensed electrician.
Although I am sure that there are systems costing much, much more than the one that I have chosen, at this point I could not imagine that it can be indeed any better. Everything has worked better than expected.
I would highly recommend Home Media Professionals product and services.

My spare room has been transformed to silver screen dream. I recently went to see a movie in real movie theater and it can not even come close to the clarity and quality of the picture I got in my home. Guys from Home Media hooked me up with 100 inch screen, high definition projector, digital sound processor speakers and sub. I get full HD experience and digital sound. But above all I love the Logitech remote. One button starts my systems up one more turns the lights down. Picture is crisp and bright, I would probably never go to a movie theater again. Why go if I can get a better experience in my own home. I definitely recommend these guys. Job well done and money well spent. I am looking forward to my popcorn machine being delivered next week.

These folks are the experts at what they do. They were referred to my by a friend who have used them to install a home theater in their new home. They have done the same in my home. I love my new home theater, the lighting automation and my living room 65? LCD TV. All work was done perfectly, cleanly and on-time. Did I mention that I love my Universal Remote; I control all of this high tech stuff with just one button.
Yes they are busy, and you might wait a few days to get your installation scheduled. But I would not trust anyone else to do it. They are experts, and they are in high demand. I would recommend them and will use them again.

The service I received from Steven and the gang was faultless from start to finish. When I first made contact with the company I had a very clear idea of what I wanted my home cinema and music system to do. I discussed these ideas and certain brands of equipment that I had done research on with Steven and Mike and came up with a superb package. Steven and Mike came out to see the layout and assess the situation. It was only a short while before installation team came out to install it. Mike and his team worked hard all day and even stayed on until late in the evening purely on the grounds of perfection.
Having Mike and his team in my home working was pure entertainment in itself and they are true professionals. The guys at Home Media Professionals really do give you the one thing that is missing elsewhere that is customer service and care. If you are looking at spending your hard earned cash on any home media device, I sincerely mean it, look no further, you wont be dissapointer. Cheers.

To their credit, they reached me on my cell while I was commuting to work, 50 minutes after the scheduled appointment. They apologized for the confusion over the appointment and rescheduled, at my convenience, after hours. They showed up on time for the rescheduled appointment and were efficient in providing me with a very competitive estimate. I have not yet engaged them for an actual service, but their efforts to make good on the missed appointment were very impressive. On balance, they struck me as deserving of another chance. I will likely award them with the work based upon their recovery from the missed appointment and their pricing.

Thanks ! I enjoy my home even more now. I can listen to different programs in home, bedroom, bath, and my patio. It is amazing what these guys do with technology. I am not technical but with one remote I control my TV, music in my entire home, lights all around and inside my home, and my pool. They delivered on a promise, my home is a smart home now.
