Home Media Professionals primary business is facilitating planning, design, and installation of home media equipment. We have years of experience in flat panel plasma, LCD, and LED HDTV installations and placement. We have installed over 1200 home theaters to date ranging from 5.1 Surround Sound systems to 11.2 THX Certified Home Theater Rooms. All of our technicians are factory trained and certified which is extremely important in order to maintain original factory warranty.

What is Included:

• send certified technicians to your home or office
• provide a professional consultation for the work you want
• install customer supplied TV mounting bracket to standard wood, masonry or drywall and mount TV on bracket
• routing of the wires according to specifications for fireplace box installation
• enclose wires in heat protectant conduit
• connect up to 3 video components (like HD cable box, DVD player, gaming system, etc) to your TV
• conceal audio/video wires within the wall or hide with paintable molding*
• make sure all of your components are working properly
• show you how to use your new system
• clean up, remove all packaging materials from your home and neatly organize all cables

• ensure that you are completely satisfied with installation

What is Not Included:

• Speaker or Receiver Setup
• Programming of Remotes or Universal Remotes
• Holes Drilled, wires hidden within walls or any type of custom in-wall wiring
• Addition or Relocation of Electrical Outlets

What you will need:

• You will need to have correct connection cables available for your components
• Electrical Outlet at the place of installation. If needed it could be purchased in our store.
• Surge Protector is highly recommended. If needed it is also available in our store
• Cable / TV Antenna outlets at the place of installation

Warranty Information:

• Home Media Professionals guarantees the installation to be free of labor defects for as long as you own the product installed. 

• If purchased from our store, all of the wiring and connection products are also guaranteed for as long as you own the product.

Home Media Professionals reserves the right to charge 50% cancelation fee if the appointment has not been canceled within 24 hours of the installation time scheduled.

NOTE: * When relocating wires inside the wall more than 20 inches left or right it might be necessary to cut out small portion of sheetrock to accomplish an installation. This is only required if the equipment  or nearest electrical outlet is not located directly under the TV that is being installed.  Before we cut anything our installer will ask you and show you what needs to be done.  In most cases we will know this well ahead of the appointment time from your conversation with our professional installation coordinator. Pintable on-wall channel can be used if this is a concern
